Dr. Robbie Cade-Furdge is an inspirational leader, motivational speaker, business strategist and life coach whose impact and influence has no limit. Being raised in an athletic household, Robbie’s knows the value of building solid teams, developing game-winning plans, working with others and the importance of WINNING as a TEAM.

Robbie’s uncompromising presentation of strategies and skills for success in life along with her profound strategic teaching is a divine combination for a victorious outcome for those who encounter her and adhere to the message and empowerment that she delivers.

She currently serves as an educational consultant, a business consultant, a project manager and life coach for professional athletes. As a project manager and coordinator for 19 years and counting, Robbie has been given the tasks of promoting and marketing events, organizing and planning hundreds of events as well as managing and overseeing massive budgets. 

With a passion for entrepreneurship and small business development, Robbie is a serial entrepreneur. She is the proud co-owner of Rolling River Reloaded, A More Excellent Way Home Care LLC, The HUBB Network LLC, The Furdge Medical Group LLC and Cade’s Closet LLC. Dr. Robbie is the founder of the The LockerRoom Mentorship Program, The HUBB Foundation and The HUBB Business Association.

Dr. Robbie recently opened a multi-level, 30,000 square foot Small Business Incubator in the historic city of Natchez, MS, being the 2nd largest in the state.

Dr. Robbie serves as a Commissioner for the NCPC. The NCPC is Natchez’s liaison between potential visitors to the area and the businesses that will host them when they come. It also acts as a marketing organization, an information clearing house and as a promotional agency for the City of Natchez and its attractions.

Dr. Robbie is the wife of Dr. Maurice and the proud mother of Michael.
